Getting started

Myndgard is available by invitation from your university, college or therapy practice. If you haven't received an invitation email, ask your care provider. Once invited, set your password from the email, then sign in to the app with the same email address and password.

Common questions

I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and we will email you a link to set a new one.

How do I change what I've consented to? In the app, go to Profile → Privacy & consent. In the portal, go to Account settings → Privacy.

How do I get a copy of my data? Use Export my data in the app (Profile) or the portal (Account settings → Privacy).

How do I delete my account? See Delete your account.

Health app sync isn't working. Check that health sync is turned on in Profile → Privacy & consent, and that Myndgard has permission in Apple Health (Settings → Health → Data Access). Health app sync is currently available on iPhone only.
