Myndgard holds information about your mental health, so we keep our approach simple and say plainly what we do. This page summarises how Myndgard Share handles your information; the Share Privacy Policy is the full and binding version. Myndgard Discover has its own privacy policy.
Myndgard Share principles
Shared only with your care team
Your assigned clinicians see what they need to support you. Access ends when they are no longer assigned to you.
Protected and kept in Ireland
Data is encrypted in transit, clinical content is encrypted in our database, and everything is hosted in the EU.
No ads, no selling, no AI
No advertising or tracking in the app or portal. We do not sell your data or use AI to process it.
Your data, your copy
Export your data or delete your account yourself. After deletion, your personal data is erased within 30 days.

Myndgard Share is for people aged 18 and over, invited by their university or college counselling service.
