Your service administrator invites you. Once your password is set, sign in to the portal from any modern browser.
Myndgard Share ยท Getting started
Starting with Myndgard Share.
If your counsellor uses Myndgard Share, your university will invite you to the Myndgard app. Getting set up takes a few minutes. Myndgard Share is for students aged 18 and over.

Look for your invitation
Your university counselling service sends an invitation to your email address. If you have not received one, ask your counsellor, or check your spam folder.

Set your password
Follow the link in the email to choose a password for your account.

Download the app and sign in
Install Myndgard on your iPhone or Android phone and sign in with the same email address and password.
Store links will appear here once the app is listed. Your counselling service can tell you how to install it in the meantime.

Choose your privacy settings
The first time you sign in, we explain what Myndgard does with your information and ask for your consent, purpose by purpose. Health-app sync and notifications are optional. You can change these at any time in Privacy & consent.

Begin
Complete your first check-in or questionnaire. Your counsellor will see it, along with anything else you have agreed to share.
