# Myndgard > Myndgard makes two mental-health support products for university counselling services: Myndgard Share and Myndgard Discover. Myndgard Share connects students in counselling with their counsellor between sessions; Myndgard Discover is a short daily programme for students on the counselling waitlist. Made by Myndgard Limited, a company registered in Ireland. Key facts: - Myndgard Share is a mental-health support service for university counselling services: students in counselling check in and complete short questionnaires such as PHQ-9 and GAD-7 in the Myndgard app, and with their consent their counsellor sees how they are doing in a web portal between sessions. - Myndgard Discover is a short daily programme on understanding emotions for university students on the counselling waitlist: students sign up with their college email and start straight away, and the university sees only anonymous, cohort-level figures. - The two products are independent. A counselling service can offer either one, or both. Discover is not a step into Share and they are not integrated. - Myndgard Share: invitation-only via the university counselling service; for students aged 18 and over. Students know the app simply as "Myndgard". Data is hosted in the EU, in Ireland. No AI or large language models are used to process personal data. No advertising or tracking; student data is never sold. - Myndgard Discover: students sign up with their college email if their university offers it. The university sees only anonymous, cohort-level figures. It is educational: it does not diagnose or treat any condition. - Neither product is an emergency service or a replacement for a counselling service. In an emergency call 112 or 999; Samaritans are free on 116 123 at any time. - Contact: support@myndgard.com (general and support), privacy@myndgard.com (privacy). ## Products - [Myndgard Share](https://myndgard.com/share/): check-ins and validated questionnaires (PHQ-9, GAD-7) in the Myndgard app, shared with the counsellor in a web portal, with an FAQ - [Myndgard Discover](https://myndgard.com/discover/): short daily programme on understanding emotions for students on the counselling waitlist, with an FAQ - [Getting started with Myndgard Share](https://myndgard.com/how-to-register/): how invited students set up their account ## Company - [Fact sheet](https://myndgard.com/press/): company, products, audience, data location, privacy stance and contacts in one page - [About Myndgard](https://myndgard.com/about/): approach and team - [Ethics and privacy](https://myndgard.com/ethics-privacy/): short summary of how Myndgard Share handles personal data - [Contact](https://myndgard.com/contact/) ## Policies - [Myndgard Share privacy policy](https://myndgard.com/privacy/): authoritative statement of what Share collects, who sees it, where it is stored and user rights - [Myndgard Share terms of service](https://myndgard.com/terms/) - [Myndgard Share support](https://myndgard.com/support/) - [Delete a Myndgard Share account](https://myndgard.com/delete-account/) - [Myndgard Discover privacy policy](https://discover.myndgard.com/privacy.html) - [Myndgard Discover terms](https://discover.myndgard.com/terms.html) - [Myndgard Discover support](https://discover.myndgard.com/support.html) - [Cookie policy](https://myndgard.com/cookies/) ## Optional - [Full text of key pages for language models](https://myndgard.com/llms-full.txt) - [Blog](https://myndgard.com/blog/): articles on student mental health and university counselling ([Atom feed](https://myndgard.com/feed.xml)) - [A calmer Myndgard](https://myndgard.com/posts/2026-10-07-a-calmer-myndgard/): The redesigned Myndgard app and portal: a quieter design, consent you can change purpose by purpose, and privacy controls students can use themselves.
